            Notes: Case report of a 60-year-old male with clinical and radiological findings consistent with SMAS. Surgery revealed instead a tumor suspected to be malignant, which was removed, and a feeding tube was inserted. Symptoms were relieved, and at 1-year follow up the patient was well.
