            Notes: Case report of a 17-year-old female with esophageal stenosis caused by severe reflux caused by SMAS. Treatment of the SMAS with parenteral and enteral nutrition, and treatment of the esophageal stenosis with endoscopic dilation led to improvement in nutrition and improvement in peristalsis.
